Medical Measurements Return Guidelines
- You may return new, unopened items within 7 business days upon delivery.
- Full credit or exchange will be allowed for defective products upon receipt.
- All non-defective returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
- All returned items, regardless of condition, require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
Required Authorization
- Call us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged or non-working product
- Returns require prior authorization by contacting Medical Measurements 800-706-9270. At which time a RMA will be assigned.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Non Returnable Merchandise
- New autoclaves are not returnable unless the autoclave is defective.
Refund Processing
- Upon receipt of the returned item Medical Measurements will initiate the return.
- All refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
